Tubulis Secures €308 Million to Advance Targeted Cancer Therapies

In October 2025, Munich-based biotech company Tubulis raised €308 million ($358 million) in a Series C funding round to accelerate the clinical development of its targeted cancer treatments, bringing its total financing to €495 million. The funds will support expanded trials of the company’s lead candidate, TUB-040, and the development of additional antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies.

Tubulis specialises in ADC technology, a class of cancer treatments designed to deliver chemotherapy directly to malignant cells while sparing healthy tissue. The firm’s lead drug, TUB-040, targets NaPi2b, a protein found in certain ovarian and lung cancers. It is currently being tested in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.

The Series C round was led by Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners, with participation from existing and new global investors. The scale of the investment highlights sustained confidence in the ADC field, which analysts at TD Cowen estimate could reach a $31 billion market by 2030, as more targeted therapies reach approval.
