DualEntry Raises $90 Million at $415 Million Valuation to Redefine ERP

DualEntry, a U.S.-based startup founded just a year ago, has secured $90 million in a Series A funding round, valuing the company at about $415 million . The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Khosla Ventures, with participation from GV.

The company is targeting the traditional ERP software market, where established providers have long dominated. DualEntry argues that many legacy systems are slow, expensive, and cumbersome to implement. Its standout feature, “NextDay Migration,” promises to transfer a company’s historical financial data onto its platform in less than 24 hours, a process that typically takes months.

Focusing on mid-market firms that have outgrown basic accounting tools but hesitate to adopt large, costly ERP solutions, DualEntry positions itself as a faster, AI-native alternative. Its customer base already ranges from early-stage startups to publicly listed companies.

With the new funding, DualEntry plans to expand its team of about 40 employees, accelerate product development, and extend its reach into international markets. The company’s bet is that automation and AI-driven workflows can cut reliance on costly consulting and modernize a global ERP sector estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars.
