Nothing Raises $200M Series C to Forge “AI-Native” Devices by 2026

In September 2025, consumer technology company Nothing closed a $200 million Series C round, valuing the business at $1.3 billion. The funding marks the next stage in the London-based startup’s push to bring AI more deeply into its hardware, with the first AI-native devices expected to launch in 2026.

Founded in 2020 by Carl PeiDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Nothing has gained attention for its design-driven smartphones, earbuds, and accessories, building a loyal user community while surpassing $1 billion in cumulative sales.

The new funding will be used to accelerate development of its hardware-software ecosystem, expand distribution, and invest further in its operating system, NothingOS, which is being positioned as a foundation for AI-integrated consumer products.

The company argues that AI will increasingly define the way people interact with devices, shifting the focus from traditional specifications to experiences shaped by adaptive software. For Nothing, the challenge is to translate that vision into products that stand out in a market dominated by established players with larger R&D budgets and global reach.
