SpinQ’s Series B Boosts Quantum Computing Reach Across 40+ Countries
SpinQ Technology, a Shenzhen-based quantum computing company, has raised several hundred million yuan in a Series B funding round to strengthen its position as a full-stack quantum hardware provider. Unlike many peers focused solely on algorithm development or simulation, SpinQ designs, manufactures, and delivers end-to-end quantum computing systems — including superconducting and NMR-based quantum computers, control units, and software platforms.
The company operates its own production line and has already shipped quantum hardware to over 40 countries, making it one of the few globally exporting ready-to-use quantum computers. Its systems are used in sectors such as scientific research, education, finance, and biomedicine, with clients ranging from universities in the Middle East to research centers in Europe and Latin America.
SpinQ’s roadmap includes continued upgrades to its superconducting chip architecture and user-facing platforms, as well as expansion into industrial and commercial use cases. With this round, it also becomes the first Chinese company known to have successfully delivered a superconducting quantum computer overseas — marking a rare operational milestone in the quantum hardware race.
