Lain Tech wins South Summit 2025 and Industry 5.0 award
Lain Tech has been named the overall winner of South Summit 2025, one of the world's leading innovation and entrepreneurship events. Selected from over 4,500 international applicants, the company was first awarded in the Industry 5.0 category for its E-LIX project, which champions sustainable and impactful industrial technology.
Following this recognition, Lain Tech went on to win the top prize of the competition after pitching among the final 10 startups. The company’s CEO, Eva Maria Lain , led the pitch, showcasing the company’s vision for clean, efficient metal extraction technologies based on electrochemical and hydrometallurgical innovations.
