FRISS Announces New Leadership

Provider of AI-powered fraud, risk, and compliance solutions for the insurance industry, FRISS has announced a major leadership transition. After 18 years at the helm, co-founder Jeroen Morrenhof steps into the role of Executive Chair of the Board , while Mireille Dyrberg takes over as CEO .

Since co-founding the company in 2006 with Christian van Leeuwen and Leon Brunenberg , Jeroen has guided FRISS from a bold startup vision to an industry-defining platform used by 300+ insurers in over 40 countries. Under his leadership, FRISS has helped save billions in fraudulent claims, improved the customer experience, and made insurance more transparent and trustworthy.

This milestone marks a strategic and carefully planned transition. Mireille Dyrberg, who joined as COO in 2023, brings deep operational expertise, a proven ability to scale organizations, and a leadership style rooted in both performance and empathy. Her impact has already been felt within FRISS, making her a natural successor to carry the company into its next phase of growth.

As Executive Chair, Jeroen will continue to focus on external partnerships, staying close to clients, and driving the company’s long-term strategy alongside co-founder Christian van Leeuwen.
