Sifted : FR8 , a new and unconventional Hacker Hotel , is a Finland-based tech bootcamp designed to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs. Located at Aalto University’s campus in Espoo, the program offers young innovators a space to develop their ideas without traditional constraints. Unlike accelerators, FR8 doesn’t take equity or impose structured classes—residents are given essential resources like housing, 34-inch monitors, food, caffeine, nicotine, and Finland’s signature sauna to fuel their creativity.
