This disruptive model has made NoBroker India’s first proptech unicorn, offering a seamless, tech-driven experience for property seekers.

In March 2023, NoBroker expanded to Dubai, opening a 1,500-square-foot office in Business Bay to serve the growing demand from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). With NRIs showing heightened interest in India's real estate sector—especially post-pandemic—NoBroker aims to provide a trusted, on-the-ground presence for those looking to invest in India. Co-founder Saurabh Garg emphasized that the Dubai office enhances customer confidence and strengthens the company’s relationships within the vibrant Indian diaspora.

Beyond property transactions, NoBroker offers a full suite of real estate services, including home services, financial solutions, and society management through its platform NoBrokerHood, which currently serves millions of users. The company’s tech-driven approach, combined with AI-powered matching algorithms, ensures a transparent and hassle-free real estate experience.

With its Dubai expansion, NoBroker is further solidifying its position as a leader in the proptech space and a go-to platform for NRIs investing in Indian real estate.
