Kreeger, chief executive of TAB, said the facility "strengthens our ability to support brokers and their borrower clients across a broader range of property finance transactions." He stressed the new line does not replace the two existing streams: "It compliments them."
A spokesperson for the bank said it was drawn by TAB's "combination of underwriting expertise, technology and a clear focus on disciplined lending," adding that the team "has demonstrated its ability to scale while maintaining a clear focus on risk management."
