Why now? VR Equitypartner has held a stake in IDENTA since 2024 and has since supported its strategy and growth. The purchase is the latest step in that plan.

"With akili:innovation, IDENTA is specifically expanding its existing offering with software expertise and thereby tapping additional growth potential," said Christian Futterlieb, managing director of VR Equitypartner (translated from German).
