Why now? Agrolimen sealed the acquisition agreement in December and closed the deal in January, according to some sources. To fund it and cover other financing needs, the group signed a €1,235 million syndicated loan with banks in the same period.

The financials: The holding company closed 2025 with revenue of €2,394 million, just €1 million more than the previous year. Net attributable profit came in at €167.4 million, up from €166.9 million in 2024, while operating profit rose 9% to €270 million. Shareholders received dividends of €8.4 million.
