Who's moving in? POSH, a luxury vehicle subscription platform, relocated its headquarters from Richardson. Members subscribe to a fleet of premium vehicles and swap them on demand, an alternative to ownership pitched at the wealthy Dallas-Fort Worth region.
Body Spring, a health-technology company, moved from Euless. Founded by Dr. Meena McCullough, it builds fascia-based movement tools and biofeedback devices, pairing its patented PressEX Method with smart devices that give users real-time feedback as they train.
bondingAI, an enterprise AI company founded in 2024, relocated its headquarters from São Paulo, Brazil. It builds an "AI Operating System" powered by its xLLM technology, offering firms in regulated industries a private, explainable alternative to public AI tools, with customers in financial services and other data-sensitive sectors.
Why now? The three join at what MEDC calls a pivotal moment. In Q3 2026, the corporation will open the McKinney Innovation Exchange, a physical hub in District 121 bringing together founders, investors, mentors, corporate partners, and community leaders.
What's the endgame? The Exchange is designed as a central home for entrepreneurial programming and collaboration, giving portfolio companies access to an expanding network of resources.
"A luxury mobility platform, a health-technology company, and an enterprise AI company all chose McKinney for the same reason: it is a place where founders can grow," said Michael Kowski, president and CEO of MEDC.
The signal: McKinney is using its fund and forthcoming hub to court relocating startups across varied sectors, positioning itself as a growth base within one of Texas's fastest-growing regions.
