What's the endgame? Founded in 2016, Foorban offers companies a flexible alternative to the traditional corporate canteen, combining technology and logistics to deliver meals without dedicated catering infrastructure. It serves more than 500 corporate clients through over 800 smart fridges. The capital will strengthen its technology and operations, consolidate its position in Italy, and fund expansion into new European markets, with Spain a key target.
The numbers: Foorban has posted a 50% compound annual growth rate over the past four years and generated more than €12 million in revenue in 2025.
Why now? The investment follows the opening of IMPACT Partners' Milan office. IMPACT Growth V, launched in 2025 with a €300 million target, invests €5 million to €20 million in profitable European companies with international expansion potential. The fund is classified as an Article 9 fund under the EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
The fit: Foorban's model gives employees access to convenient, healthy, and affordable food, particularly those with limited alternatives or working in remote locations. That social dimension aligns with IMPACT Partners' thesis of pairing financial performance with measurable social contribution.
The signal: The deal is IMPACT Growth V's fifth investment across four European markets — one in Spain, two in France, one in Denmark, and now Italy. Founded in 2007, IMPACT Partners manages more than €500 million in assets and operates from Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, Barcelona, and Copenhagen. Its Barcelona presence is set to support Foorban's push into Spain, underscoring a pan-European impact strategy built on local footholds.
