The company acquired 100,000 more Arkhive common shares, paying with 800,000 of its own shares at a deemed price of 25 cents each — aggregate consideration of $200,000.

The mechanics: Following closing, Anonymous holds 200,000 Arkhive common shares, or 20% of the issued and outstanding shares. The consideration shares carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day from issuance.

The signal: The deal shows how privacy-focused technology firms are using equity swaps and board seats — rather than cash — to lock in blockchain partnerships and align long-term interests.
