Terms were not disclosed.

What does Flow AI do? The firm works with private and public sector organisations across the UK, specialising in automation, document services, and information management.

What's the endgame? Flow AI will "form the foundation" of a new digital transformation practice within CloudClevr, built around AI, automation, and data services.

Why now? Earlier this year, CloudClevr integrated four specialist businesses into a single operating model and said it was "actively" re-entering the M&A market. Chief executive Steve Harris said the next stage was "about scale, both organically and through targeted acquisitions that strengthen our proposition."

What changes for customers? Flow AI will initially operate as a separate legal entity, keeping its brand, leadership, and customer relationships during a phased integration. Existing services and agreements stay unchanged. Over time, Flow AI customers gain access to CloudClevr's managed technology services, while CloudClevr customers can tap Flow AI's digital transformation capabilities.

The signal: "Automation, data and AI will play an increasingly important role in how organisations operate," Harris said. The deal reflects how mid-market services firms are consolidating AI capabilities to scale faster than they could organically.
