Try Dealroom →, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, in a growth equity deal. The investment will fund Titan's expansion into new markets while its founders retain material ownership.

Who's involved? Co-founders Thomas Mallon and William McArdle will continue to lead Titan in their current roles. Corridor invests in lower middle-market business services companies across North America.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2020, Titan runs about 100 curated events a year across North America and Europe, connecting asset managers with RIAs, family offices, and institutional allocators. It aims to become a global business.

Mallon said the money will go toward Titan's "technology, our infrastructure and our ability to bring this to new markets," while the team and standards stay the same.

Why now? Titan started on Zoom during the pandemic and has since shifted to in-person events. Mallon said the founders chose Corridor because "they were the partner who understood that the value is in the curation."
