Eurofirms buys outsourcing firm Avanza, doubling its €72M outsourcing arm

The talent-management firm announced the deal in a statement on Tuesday but did not disclose the price.
What changes? The deal brings Avanza's operations in Spain and Portugal into Eurofirms, along with a portfolio of 50 active clients and a workforce of 1,800 professionals. Avanza reported revenue of €72 million at the close of 2025.
What's the endgame? Eurofirms wants to combine both companies' expertise and complementary services to offer more complete solutions. The integration lead, Jaime de Barrio, said the tie-up would deliver offerings "aligned with the current challenges companies face" (translated from Catalan).
