Bieser credited HT's staff and reputation as the draw. "What stood out to us about HT Building Products wasn't just their operations. It was their people, their commitment to customers, and the reputation they have built over the years," he said.
The endgame: Contract Lumber says the acquisition cements its position as one of the largest lumber suppliers in the region, giving it greater scale and reach to serve customers.
