Corcel launches C$1.5M placement to fund Arizona copper-gold work

What's the deal? Corcel ExplorationDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → announced a non-brokered private placement of up to C$1.5 million ($1,079,592) on August 31, 2026. The mineral resource company, listed on the Canadian Securities ExchangeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → under CRCL, is offering up to 15,000,000 units at C$0.10 each.

The terms: Each unit pairs one common share with half a warrant. A whole warrant lets the holder buy an additional share at C$0.20, exercisable for 24 months after closing.

Why now? Corcel has entered a long-term lease to acquire the Yuma King copper-gold project in Arizona. It intends to use the net proceeds for exploration and working capital.

What's the endgame? The Yuma King project spans 3,200 hectares and 515 unpatented federal mining claims in the Ellsworth Mining District. It includes the past-producing Yuma King Mine, which produced copper, lead, gold, and silver from 1940 to 1963.

What could go wrong? Closing is targeted for around September 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions including required CSE filings. Securities carry a statutory hold period of four months and a day.

The signal: The raise sits in the smaller end of the funding spectrum, ranking in roughly the 6.7th percentile by amount. For a junior explorer, though, it is a targeted step toward advancing a district-scale North American precious and base metals asset.
