Why now? The exit follows strong quarterly results. Apollo Tyres reported a multi-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 348.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from Rs 12.88 crore a year earlier.
That prior figure included a Rs 273 crore after-tax hit from restructuring and impairment of its Netherlands plant. Revenue rose to Rs 7,397.79 crore from Rs 6,560.76 crore.
