Why now? Google Cloud is nearly a $100 billion run-rate business that grew 82% year over year in the second quarter of 2026. Google has committed $750 million through its agentic AI partner fund to route enterprise demand to specialised partners.
Superstep Capital is led by former operators who have built and scaled digital services firms above $100 million. Its backing supports growth in leadership, delivery, go-to-market, and alliances over a long-term horizon.
What they said: "Zencore is all-in on Google Cloud and its success is a byproduct of that focus," said Stuart Coleman, managing partner of Superstep Capital. Chief executive officer John Forstrom said the firm was built "to solve hard problems side by side with clients."
The signal: Enterprise AI adoption is opening a higher-value services layer across data, MLOps, and agentic delivery. As hyperscalers pour money into partner ecosystems, independent, cloud-native specialists like Zencore are positioning to capture demand that platform vendors alone cannot serve.
