What's the deal? Full Circle ElectronicsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (FCE) has acquired Mac of All TradesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a provider of refurbished Apple products and device buyback services. The deal, announced August 25, 2026, combines FCE's enterprise IT asset disposition (ITAD) business with a consumer-facing Apple resale platform. Terms were not disclosed.

Who's who? FCE offers secure ITAD, electronics recycling, and technology lifecycle management from certified facilities across the US. Mac of All Trades, founded in 1995, sells refurbished Macs, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, and accessories, and buys used Apple devices for cash.

What's the endgame? The combined company aims to cover the full technology lifecycle — from enterprise decommissioning and secure asset recovery to refurbishment, remarketing, and resale. That lets it serve enterprises, schools, channel partners, and individual consumers under one roof.

What changes for customers? Little, at least at first. Mac of All Trades customers and partners will keep the same service and buying and selling experience, with the companies planning to combine logistics and technology platforms over time.

Why now? "The company's commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and sustainability aligns perfectly with our mission," said Dave Daily, CEO of Full Circle Electronics. He added that the pair will "expand opportunities for consumers and organizations to maximize the value of their technology assets while keeping more devices in productive use."

The signal: The deal reflects consolidation in the circular technology economy, where enterprise ITAD and consumer refurbishment are converging. By adding a three-decade Apple brand to its enterprise recovery operation, FCE bets that keeping more devices in use is both a sustainability play and a growth market.
