Why now? Lanham and Company was weighing its future 40 years after founder Hugh Lanham established it. "As it explored what was next for the practice... the opportunity to merge with our team felt like a natural next step," said Adam Burt, managing director at HSA & Co.
What changes for clients? Lanham and Company will keep serving its existing clients, who gain access to HSA & Co's wider team. The deal immediately expands HSA & Co's client base by more than 300 businesses.
