Integrate lands Space Force deal, $6M debt facility from J.P. Morgan

The Seattle-based company also announced a new contract with the US Space Force's Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO).

What does it do? Integrate builds an ultra-secure, AI-enabled platform that manages complex defense programs across organizations, security boundaries, and classification levels. Built on what it calls a Single Timeline Architecture, it offers automated risk discovery, dependency tracking, and resource management through AI workflows.

What's the contract? SSIO serves as the central integrator across most of the national security space enterprise. The deal comes a year after Integrate landed a multi-year, $25 million contract with the Space Force's Mission Manifest Office to support launch operations.

Why now? The Space Force is prioritizing technologies that give leaders faster, data-driven decisions as acquisition speed becomes critical. "Integrate's project management platform strengthens our capacity to visualize the minute details and track broader objectives within the Space Force's programs," said Helen Ying, system of systems engineering lead at the US Space Force.

What's the endgame? Chief executive officer John Conafay frames the platform as a shift from static reporting to live data. "Not the current state of hand-jammed slides utilizing stale information, but a future where you take immediate action with real-time data," he said.

Who's backing it? The debt came from J.P. MorganDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s Innovation Economy business, which has supported venture-backed companies for more than a decade. "J.P. Morgan has a long history of providing financing to leading-edge technologies in areas including aerospace and defense," said John China, co-head of Innovation Economy at the bank.

The signal: The pairing of a fresh government contract with venture debt points to a maturing defense-tech vendor moving from early traction to scale, with commercial financing following government demand.
