Nevvon lands BVP Forge growth investment, launches portable training tool

What's the deal? Nevvon, the compliance and training platform for the US home care workforce, has secured a strategic growth investment from BVP ForgeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, the private equity arm of Bessemer Venture Partners. BVP Forge focuses on growth-oriented, self-sustaining technology and B2B services businesses.

What's the endgame? The money will help Nevvon expand its platform, deepen work with payors and self-directed care programs, and reach more caregivers nationwide. Its management team will continue to lead the company, and relationships with agencies, caregivers, and channel partners stay unchanged.

Why now? Nevvon's national caregiver network has grown more than 300% in the past five years. Caregivers have completed over 57 million lessons across more than 650,000 users, on a compliance framework spanning all 50 states — traction that drew BVP Forge in.

The product: Alongside the investment, Nevvon launched TrainOnceDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, which lets caregivers carry completed compliance training with them as they move between agencies. Repeating training costs caregivers unpaid hours and slows agency onboarding; TrainOnce makes prior training count wherever a caregiver works next, without lowering the compliance bar.

Nevvon says its scale positions it to bring the tool to market. Some of the largest home care organisations already run training on its platform, and its curriculum tracks requirements as they shift state by state and year by year.

"We built Nevvon because caregivers and the agencies that employ them deserve better infrastructure than what the industry has offered," said James Cohen, chief executive officer of Nevvon. "Forge understood our mission from the first conversation: better training, better compliance, better care."

Navid Oreizy, partner at BVP Forge, said the firm was drawn to "the most innovative and AI-forward compliance infrastructure for the homecare industry," citing a roadmap to extend across the continuum of care.

The signal: As caregivers increasingly work across multiple agencies and self-directed arrangements, portable compliance is becoming infrastructure rather than a feature. Nevvon is betting its seven-year network gives it the reach to define that standard.
