What does Thought Logic do? Founded in 2014 by chief executive officer Keith Roberts, it helps Fortune 500 and other large enterprises finish sprawling technology and operating changes — from modernising finance and data systems to deploying analytics and AI. Its consultants work across three areas: business enablement, technology enablement, and core transformation.

The firm positions itself against larger legacy consultancies by embedding senior practitioners in client teams rather than billing junior analysts by the hour, and by tying fees to measurable outcomes. Many clients operate in financial services and consumer packaged goods.

Why now? Renovus first invested in 2020. Since then, Thought Logic completed two add-on acquisitions and tripled its revenue while pivoting towards digital and AI transformation work.

What's the endgame? Braemont makes control or minority investments of $25 million to $200 million in North American companies across insurance and financial services, commercial and infrastructure services, and tech-enabled business services. It closed its inaugural fund in April 2023 with $525 million of capital commitments.

"Braemont shares our values and ambition, and their experience scaling service-based businesses, together with the reach of their network, makes them an ideal partner for our next phase of growth," said Roberts.
