Try Dealroom →, a global payout orchestration platform, has secured a strategic growth investment from Clearhaven PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a software-focused private equity firm. President and CEO Paul Beldham and members of the leadership team invested alongside Clearhaven in the transaction, announced August 18, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2008 and based in Rochester, New York, PayQuicker runs a cloud-based platform that sends secure, compliant, real-time payouts across more than 210 countries and territories. Through a single API, it connects customers to banks, card networks, processors, and local partners, routing funds to bank accounts, physical and virtual cards, and mobile wallets.

Its customers span marketplaces, workforce platforms, clinical research, insurance, and the creator economy — business models managing high-volume, distributed payee populations.

What's the money for? Clearhaven plans to expand PayQuicker's global payment network and geographic reach, scale its commercial capabilities, and broaden adoption across complex payout use cases. The firm will also continue investing in the platform and customer experience.

"Clearhaven brings deep software and technology expertise, a shared commitment to our customers, and resources to help us accelerate the next phase of PayQuicker's growth," Beldham said.

Christopher Ryan, managing partner at Clearhaven Partners, said PayQuicker "has created a powerful orchestration layer between enterprises and a fragmented global network of financial institutions and payment rails while maintaining a strong focus on reliability and the end-recipient experience."

The signal: Private equity is increasingly targeting the infrastructure beneath global payments, where fragmented rails and rising compliance demands leave room for players that unify money movement through a single layer. Clearhaven's bet reflects appetite for profitable, workflow-focused software over speculative growth.
