The offering carries a price band of Rs 342–360 per share and closes on August 20, 2026.

Why now? The listing is expected to establish a public market for the company's equity and raise its visibility in India. Sunshine Pictures plans to use up to Rs 112.50 crore from the fresh issue for long-term working capital, with the balance for general corporate purposes.

The signal: Grey market trackers pegged Sunshine Pictures shares at a premium of around 21%, with Investorgain quoting a GMP of Rs 75 for a potential listing gain of 20.83%.
