Enity taps bond market for SEK 150M and NOK 200M
What's the deal? Specialist lender Enity Holding ABDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has completed two tap issues of unsecured bonds, raising NOK 200 million and SEK 150 million. The company disclosed the transactions in two press releases.
The details: After the tap, the Norwegian bond totals NOK 800 million with a coupon of three-month Nibor plus 0.90 percentage points and matures September 15, 2028. The Swedish bond rises to SEK 1 billion, carries three-month Stibor plus 0.95 percentage points, and matures June 4, 2029.
Why now? Tap issues let Enity add to existing bonds rather than launch new ones, giving it fresh funding on established terms. Following the transactions, outstanding volume under Enity's MTN programme totals SEK 2.6 billion and NOK 800 million.
The signal: The raise marks a step-up over Enity's previous financing, underscoring the lender's growing reliance on debt markets to fund its business across the Nordics.
