TPG, Temasek book Rs 2,008 crore selling 13% of Dr Agarwals

The market move: Shares fell nearly 6% to close at Rs 511. Even so, the exit price values the stock roughly 25% above its Rs 402 IPO price from February 2025, when the company raised Rs 3,027 crore.
