CleanPlanet lands $25M debt facility to scale on-site solvent recycling

How the model works. CleanPlanet retains ownership of the equipment while customers pay a monthly volumetric fee through its managed Service365 offering. The company says the model can reduce upfront costs and deliver savings of up to 60% compared with traditional solvent procurement and disposal.
Why now? CleanPlanet's systems recycle hundreds of solvent chemistries at customer facilities, supporting sectors including flexible packaging, paints and coatings, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and electric batteries. In 2025, the company says it recycled more than 20 million pounds of solvent waste, avoiding over 30,000 metric tons of greenhouse-gas emissions.
