The combined offering spans power generation, battery storage, electricity transmission and distribution, and telecommunications infrastructure — services Nearing Visabeira already supplies across North America.
The signal: The deal marks another step in the consolidation of US electrical and energy contractors, as Portuguese and European players expand into a market driven by rising demand from data centres, AI, and the energy transition.
