Shares debuted at US$2.61, a 42% premium to the issue price, after the offering was oversubscribed roughly 205 times.

Why it matters The listing marks what is believed to be the first Bombay Stock Exchange debut by a company founded by a Nepali entrepreneur, a milestone industry observers see as a boost for Nepal's startup ecosystem and for cybersecurity firms seeking public-market visibility. Kratikal, founded in Noida in 2013, sells AI-driven vulnerability management and phishing-simulation tools including its AutoSecT and Threatcop products, and plans to use IPO proceeds to fund its Threatcop FZ LLC (UAE) and Threatcop AI Inc (US) subsidiaries as well as product development.
