Dominion Lending buys mortgage platform Filogix for $58.5M

In the trailing 12 months ended May 31, 2026, it processed about $60 billion in funded mortgage volumes.

The terms: DLC Group financed the deal through existing liquidity and committed credit facilities. It expects Filogix to add $15 million to $18 million of Adjusted EBITDA in the first year and to be immediately accretive to Adjusted earnings per share.

What's the endgame? DLC Group wants to strengthen its position across Canada's residential mortgage market. Bringing Filogix alongside its Velocity platform expands its data capabilities and adds redundancy across its connectivity infrastructure.
