What's the endgame? The Islamic financing facility will fund new project contracts and support the issuance of letters of credit and guarantees, according to a bourse disclosure. The financing period runs until July 28, 2027.

Why now? The renewal lets MIS maintain operational capacity for upcoming project requirements through the middle of 2027. To secure the facility, the company provided promissory notes equal to the full value of the financing.

MIS confirmed that no related parties were involved in the transaction.

The signal: The quick re-raise — approved weeks after the initial financing date — points to steady demand for working capital as MIS pursues fresh contracts, keeping its funding lines in place well ahead of the 2027 deadline.
