Greening seals takeover of Energy Solar Tech with 92% acceptance

Otín framed the move as part of Greening's 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which aims to shift the business toward an integrated energy platform focused on recurring revenue and a solid financial structure. "The incorporation of Energy Solar Tech represents a new step in the execution of our Strategic Plan and reinforces our goal of building an integrated energy platform, with a more resilient business model, greater recurring cash generation, and differential capabilities to keep growing profitably," he said.
The signal: The takeover reflects consolidation across Spain's renewable energy sector, as operators combine generation assets and engineering capabilities to serve electrification and data centre demand.
