The deal, run through Ávoris subsidiary Dondear Viajes, gives it control via a 100% purchase of Atrápalo's share capital.

What's the endgame? Ávoris, owned by Grupo Barceló, is building out its position in digital travel distribution. It already runs B2C brands such as Muchoviaje and TuBillete.com, and says the deal will pool distribution, digital sales, inventory management, and technology development.

What else? The acquisition follows Ávoris's launch of Welcometickets, strengthening its foothold in tickets, activities, and leisure experiences across shows, cultural events, and getaways.

Market expansion: The integration also advances Ávoris's international push, accelerating its development in Latin America. Atrápalo operates in nine countries, giving the group a wider platform in what it calls strategic markets.

The signal: The deal marks another step in the consolidation of digital travel distribution in Spain, as a hotel group tightens its grip across online sales channels at home and abroad.
