LX Group's nickel miner NICE lifts KEB Hana credit line to IDR 100B

What's the deal? PT Adhi Kartiko PratamaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (NICE), the nickel miner controlled by South Korea's LX Group, has raised its credit facility with Bank KEB Hana Indonesia to IDR 100 billion (≈$5.6 million) from IDR 92.7 billion. The amended agreement was signed on 21 July 2026.

Why now? The deal also extends the loan's maturity, previously due in July 2026, to 25 July 2027. NICE said the facility will fund working capital.

The terms: NICE will pay 6% per annum on rupiah-denominated loans and three-month Term SOFR plus 1.25% per annum on US dollar borrowings, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Who owns NICE? PT Energy Battery Indonesia holds a 69.57% majority stake, with LX International Corp — part of South Korea's LX Group — as the ultimate beneficial owner.

The signal: The refinancing keeps a Korean-backed nickel producer liquid as Indonesia cements its role at the center of the battery-metals supply chain.
