Ritz-Carlton's yacht arm secures $167M equity injection as revenue doubles

The funding is part of a broader package worth more than $300 million, including roughly $171 million in deferred amortization to better align the company's debt with its revenue ramp-up.

Why now? The capital arrives as the business posts record numbers, with first-quarter 2026 revenues of $97 million — up 106% year-over-year.

Quarterly bookings hit a record $134 million, a 56% rise. The injection funds the shift from a fleet in rapid expansion to one in full operation.

The company has scaled fast since launching its first yacht, Evrima, in late 2022, delivering three luxury vessels in under four years.

What could go wrong? Adding berths quickly puts pressure on occupancy, and the company must keep filling its expanded capacity to justify the new debt structure.

For now, management points to resilient pricing and growing repeat business as evidence demand is keeping pace.

"This transaction was the planned funding step that takes a fleet in rapid expansion to a fleet in full operation," said chief executive officer Ernesto Fara.
