Final Level acquires Instanteaser to scale creative ad production

What's the deal? Final Level, a Brazilian content and marketing technology company, has acquired InstanteaserDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a studio specialising in video ad production at scale. The deal integrates both companies' operations, teams, and client portfolios. Eighteen Instanteaser employees joined Final Level, including founder Doug Clayton, who becomes chief product officer.

"Creativity has become a scalability bottleneck in digital marketing," said Fernanda Lobão, Final Level's chief executive officer. "We needed to look at the entire journey and produce creatives that perform, especially at the bottom of the funnel."

The company's technology vertical already generates around US$5.12M per year, and Final Level expects its overall revenue to double in 2026.

Why now? The acquisition targets a specific pain point: creative fatigue. Final Level's reading of the market is that brands have made progress with influencer content and awareness, but still struggle with conversion — the moment a viewer becomes a buyer.

Instanteaser fills that gap. It specialises in performance-focused video ads and has close relationships with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The two companies began partnering in 2024, and from 2024 to 2025 Final Level grew revenue fivefold as it built out its tech capabilities. The partnership deepened through 2025 before the formal acquisition.

"A partnership can fall apart. We went for the marriage," Lobão said.

What could go wrong? Integrating two companies — even ones that have worked together — carries execution risk. Merging creative cultures, tech stacks, and client expectations under one roof is notoriously difficult. The bet on AI-assisted content production also depends on how fast the tools mature and whether clients trust automated creative output for high-stakes ad campaigns.

The signal: Dealroom classifies Final Level as a "breakout" stage company — notable for a business that started as a gaming entertainment platform and has since repositioned around marketing technology. The acquisition of Instanteaser, still at "early growth" stage, suggests Final Level is using M&A rather than purely organic development to accelerate its pivot, consolidating creative production capability as the bottleneck in digital advertising shifts from audience targeting to high-volume, performance-tested content.
