Polsia explodes from $200K to $2M run rate in two weeks

What's the deal? Polsia, a platform using AI agents to build and run companies autonomously, has hit $2M in annual run rate — up from $200K in two weeks. Solo founder Ben BrocaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → launched the product in late December from San Francisco.

Users pay $49 per month for everything needed to run an online business: web server, database, GitHub, email, Stripe, and Meta ads accounts. Polsia takes 20% of revenue generated on the platform.

Specialised agents divide the work. An engineering agent writes code, a marketing agent handles Twitter and ads, a support agent fields emails, and a CEO agent wakes nightly to set priorities.

Why now? Broca points to December's release of AnthropicDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s Opus 4.5 and improved browser integration as the tipping point. "That was game over," he says.

He spent 2024 returning to code after years in management, including five years as global GM at Cloud Kitchens under Travis Kalanick. Improving models convinced him to build what he calls "the platform where I could build a thousand companies."

What could go wrong? Businesses on Polsia remain small. The top earner makes roughly $50 monthly.

Broca admits the platform runs at about 80% autonomy — meaning 20% still requires human input. The system makes mistakes: one AI invented calendar availability while speaking with potential investors.

Competition looms from open-source alternatives like OpenClawDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and potential moves by major labs. Broca frames his edge as opinionation: Polsia makes choices for users rather than offering endless configuration.

The signal: Broca believes companies not reaching 80% autonomy in 2026 will struggle against bootstrapped competitors who do. His thesis: AI handles grunt work — engineering, marketing, support — while humans provide taste, creativity, and market insight.

The platform hosts nearly 3,000 active companies. Users send an average of 15 messages daily to their AI co-founder, with daily active users representing 65% of weekly actives.

"If you have a new company and you don't make it 80% autonomous, you will be cooked," Broca says.
