NinjaOne Crosses $500 Million ARR After Record Year of Growth

NinjaOne has surpassed $500 million in annual recurring revenue following a record fiscal year, marking a major milestone for the endpoint management software provider as IT teams continue to consolidate tools and rein in costs.

Founded in 2013 and based in Austin, Texas, NinjaOne develops endpoint management software used by IT departments and managed service providers to monitor, patch and support devices across PCs, servers and mobile endpoints from a single platform.

The IT management platform saw revenue grow nearly 70% year over year, while its customer base increased more than 60% over the past year to around 35,000 organisations.

Looking ahead, president and co-founder Chris MatareseDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → said NinjaOne expects a further 60% to 70% revenue growth in 2026 and plans to launch five to six new products over the next year, some of which may incorporate artificial intelligence.

Matarese attributed much of the company’s momentum to its focus on customer support and operational efficiency. He said customers have reported a 50% reduction in endpoint management and support costs and a 20% improvement in staff retention after adopting NinjaOne, adding that the company has invested significantly more than industry peers in support and has maintained customer satisfaction scores of 98% or higher.

NinjaOne's performance highlights continued demand for endpoint management platforms as organisations reassess software spending and seek to simplify IT operations.
