Try Dealroom →, a $400 million venture firm focused on B2B artificial intelligence startups across Europe, the United States, and Israel.

The London-based firm brings together a network of 140 founders, operators, and investors who have committed capital and will also support deal sourcing and portfolio growth. Half of this group is based in Europe and Israel, while the other half is in the US.

Evantic is introducing a distinctive incentive model by allocating up to 50% of its carry — the share of profits retained by the fund — to network members who play an active role in helping portfolio companies scale. Miller has described this as an effort to align investors more closely with the operational success of the startups they back.

The firm has already invested in five companies. These include Lovable, a platform for collaborative coding; N8n, a workflow automation startup; Nexos.ai, a Lithuanian cybersecurity firm founded by a NordVPN co-founder; Fireworks AI, a US-based inference company; and Listen Labs, a research platform. Several of these investments coincided with high-profile funding rounds over the summer.

Miller is joined at Evantic by colleagues with deep roots in Sequoia. Spencer HemphillDealroom has a profile for this one. Other team members, including the head of talent and an executive business partner, also previously worked at the firm.
