Manus Shows Rapid Growth with $100M Revenue Milestone

Manus, an AI startup founded in China, says it has reached $100 million in revenue in just eight months , positioning itself as one of the fastest-growing startups in the global AI sector. The company previously reported an annualized revenue run rate of $90 million, calculated by extrapolating its most recent 30 days of revenue, and has since updated the figure to reflect continued growth.

Originally launched in China, Manus has relocated its headquarters to Singapore, a move widely interpreted as a strategic response to U.S. export controls on advanced semiconductors. The relocation is intended to preserve access to critical AI hardware. The company also operates offices in Tokyo and California, underscoring its international expansion strategy.

Manus is best known for developing a general-purpose AI agent designed to autonomously handle complex tasks, moving beyond the scope of conventional chatbots. This positioning has drawn increased attention as competition in AI agents intensifies, including from large technology groups such as Alibaba, which recently launched its own AI agent application.

As Manus continues to scale rapidly and refine its technology, its ability to sustain growth and compete with established AI players, including OpenAI, will be closely watched.
