iCraft Education builds art-integrated K-8 curriculum and learning resources for Indian schools, teaching subjects through creative practice — fractions via paper folding, rotation via movement and choreography. Its book series like "World of Creativity" and "My Foundational Canvas" ship alongside teacher training, and reach a network of over 500 schools across CBSE, ICSE and State Boards.
India's NEP 2020 explicitly pushes experiential and art-integrated learning, and iCraft Education has redesigned its curriculum to align with it. That policy tailwind turns 'nice-to-have' craft activities into a mandated pedagogical direction schools now have to adopt.
The company grew out of iCraft, the art and supply brand founded by co-founder Forum Shah, extending creative application from materials into curriculum. Co-founder Hemali Karinga, an art educator and curriculum designer, brings expertise in child psychology and art therapy to the content design.
The founding pair combines a creative-products track record with hands-on art education and curriculum design — a rare mix of the commercial and the pedagogical. That dual base helps explain the 500-plus school network and the pivot to NEP 2020 alignment.
