From a financial perspective, Zaihe Automotive Technology secured CNY 41 million in an equity financing round in October 2023. This funding round included participation from several investors, notably Zhejiang VIE Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and an investment arm of Beijing Baidu Investment Management Co., Ltd., indicating confidence from established technology and manufacturing players. The transaction valued the company at a post-money valuation of approximately CNY 627.5 million. The capital is intended to be used for research and development, product innovation, and market expansion.
