This acquisition significantly expanded its physical footprint. The company's business model is centered on providing technology enablement, operational support, and capital resource integration for businesses within the retail industry value chain. It leverages a robust supply chain, a sophisticated logistics network, and its self-developed retail information management system to achieve this. XianLife and Hao Lin Ju stores are distinguished by their focus on community retail, enhancing traditional convenience store offerings with fresh produce, pre-prepared vegetables, and frozen meats to meet daily household needs. Furthermore, the company serves as a key offline partner for Tmall Supermarket's one-hour delivery service, fulfilling orders from its network of stores.
