The HR platform, "X Work" (or Cross Work), is one of Japan's largest job search services specifically for non-desk workers, with over 1 million registered users. It integrates several specialized agent services like "Driver Career," "Construction Career," and "Mechanic Career" to connect job seekers with over 30,000 businesses. This platform aims to modernize the traditionally connection-based hiring processes in these industries.

Under its DX solutions, X Mile offers "LogiPoke," a cloud-based management system for transportation companies. This SaaS product helps digitalize operations by managing everything from driver recruitment and labor management to billing and order processing, moving businesses away from paper and fax-based workflows. The company's business model involves providing these SaaS products and earning revenue through recruitment services on its HR platforms.

Since its founding in 2019, X Mile has grown rapidly, reaching over 600 employees by early 2026. The company has secured significant funding, including a Series B round in January 2024 that brought its total funding to approximately 2.68 billion yen. This capital is being used to enhance its multi-product strategy and strengthen its development and organizational structure. X Mile was also selected by Forbes Japan as one of the "100 notable Japanese startups to watch in 2024."
