Viven, officially known as WisdomLabs.AI Inc., develops AI-powered digital twins for enterprise employees to preserve institutional knowledge and enhance workplace collaboration. The company emerged from stealth in October 2025 with $35 million in seed funding in a round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Foundation Capital, FPV Ventures, and Operator Collective.

The venture was launched by repeat entrepreneurs Ashutosh Garg and Varun Kacholia, the co-founders of the multi-billion-dollar AI talent intelligence platform, Eightfold.ai. Their experience building and scaling AI-driven companies is central to Viven's strategy. Garg has an extensive background in machine learning and search from his time at Google, IBM Research, and as co-founder of BloomReach. Kacholia is a leader in search, ranking, and machine learning, having led teams at Facebook's News Feed and YouTube's Search and Recommendations.

Viven's core product is a platform that creates personalized, intelligent digital models for each employee. These "Digital Twins" are customized large language models trained on an individual's work, including emails, meeting recordings, chat threads, and internal documents. The technology allows colleagues to query a digital twin for information, providing answers and context even when the actual employee is unavailable, thereby reducing delays and friction across time zones and teams. Beyond individual counterparts, the platform can create team-level twins that consolidate the knowledge of an entire department. This is intended to solve the problem of corporate memory loss when employees leave a company.

Viven serves enterprise clients and is designed with enterprise-grade security, offering deployment options on-premise, in a private cloud, or as a SaaS solution. It incorporates privacy controls, role-based access, and audit trails to ensure data is shared appropriately. Early adopters of the technology include major companies like Genpact, The Josh Bersin Company, and Eightfold itself.
