TC S.A., formerly known as TradersClub, is a Brazilian financial technology company that operates a comprehensive platform for investors. Founded in 2016 by Pedro Albuquerque, Rafael Ferri, and Israel Massa, the company originated as a social network for traders and has since evolved into a publicly traded entity on the B3 stock exchange under the ticker TRAD3.

The company's business model is primarily Software as a Service (SaaS), generating revenue through various subscription plans for individual investors (B2C) and, increasingly, institutional clients (B2B). The platform provides its user base of over 750,000 registered members with market intelligence, data analysis tools, and financial education resources. Core features include real-time news and market data, community forums for discussing investment ideas, professional analyses, and a wide range of educational courses and content. TC aims to be a one-stop-shop for investors, integrating all aspects of the investment journey, from learning and analysis to execution.

Since its founding, TC has pursued a strategy of growth through acquisitions to expand its ecosystem. In 2021, the company held its IPO, raising R$607 million (approximately US$117 million) to fund these M&A activities. Key acquisitions include Sencon, a company specializing in calculating taxes on stock market gains; Economatica, a financial data and investment analysis platform; and Pandhora Investimentos, among others, to enhance its service offerings. More recently, TC has been restructuring to focus on its own digital brokerage, selling a portion of its stake in Economatica to fund the new venture. This move signifies a strategic shift towards a more integrated model, combining its community and data services with direct trading capabilities.
